The proposed system is a solution for a hybrid storage strategy, which involves the use of conventional (paper) and digital media at the same time. The hybrid strategy makes a commitment that there is a bridge between the two documents of the same content, but in different formats. The proposed solution is divided into two subsystems, one that creates the QR code associated with the document, which contains at least two information: the location of the digital document and the cryptographic hash code of this digital document. The second subsystem is an application on the phone / tablet that reads the QR Code that is in the paper document, the application automatically redirects to the download of the digital document at the location contained in the QR code, and, at the end of this task, it will calculate the code Cryptographic hash of the downloaded document. Thus, it will be possible to compare whether the hash codes, the read and the calculated, are the same; if they are the same, the integrity of the downloaded digital document is ensured in relation to the original document that was initially made available in a remote repository. Thus, this work proposes the Digital Document Stamp system, a system that facilitates access to digital information associated with its paper version and ensures the integrity of this association.
